Job summary

Grid Structures seeks a President to lead a rapidly growing utility infrastructure manufacturing business focused on transmission, distribution, substation, renewable energy, and related infrastructure markets.

The President will have full responsibility for leadership, growth, profitability, and operational performance across sales, engineering, project management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and administration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, construction products, utility infrastructure, or closely related industries.
• Proven P&L responsibility for a significant operating business.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations with accountability for production, labor, quality, scheduling, and profitability.
• Experience building and leading management teams.
• Track record of driving operational improvements and growth.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of manufacturing economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall performance and profitability of Grid Structures.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-term growth initiatives.
• Oversee safety, productivity, quality, delivery, and cost in manufacturing operations.
• Build and develop a high-performing management team.
