Job summary

Priority Power Management LLC is seeking a Senior Director to lead the development of a pipeline of utility-class private electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission, substations, distribution, and microgrid initiatives. This role will oversee all development activities from origination to construction, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in utility-class electrical infrastructure project development or management.
• Knowledge of wind, solar, microgrid and energy storage preferred.
• PE license or ability to obtain it preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop a pipeline of utility-class private electrical projects (transmission, substations, distribution, microgrid).
• Lead project development from origination through construction commencement.
• Eventually lead a growing team of project managers.
• Develop and manage development schedules and budgets.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and manage contract obligations.
