Serving boarding and day students in grades six through twelve, Villanova offers a rigorous education rooted in a rich tradition. The salary range is $90,000 to $110,000.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience, with proven success in growth in sales, fundraising and/or student enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing programs to recruit prospective boarders.
• Build relationships with alumni, parents, and donors to support fundraising.
• Coordinate with admissions and financial affairs to review applications and determine awards.
• Support the president and development team in identifying and staffing a campaign cabinet.
• Assist in identifying prospective board members and supporting board recruitment.
