Job summary

Domus Search in South Florida seeks a President to lead a Paediatric Home Health Care provider through its next growth phase. You will shape strategy, build a high-performing leadership team and steer the business toward Broward County expansion while maintaining top patient care.

The role requires strong financial oversight, risk and compliance expertise, and the ability to grow both Medicaid and PrivatePay channels in a regulated environment.

Job description

My client is an established Paediatric Home Health Care provider operating across South Florida. The business has grown significantly, more than doubling its revenue in 2026, and is now seeking an experienced President to lead the next stage of its expansion.

The Company:

• Established in 2007, with a strong reputation in the Florida market
• Currently operating across Region 9, with plans to expand into Broward County
• 99.2% staffing rate, with a strong reputation for ensuring patients receive nursing coverage
• Six office-based employees, expected to grow to approximately 10 within the next six months
• Strong referral sources and established relationships within the market
• Independently operated, offering more resources than smaller providers without the corporate feel of larger nationwide organisations
• Recently achieved a licensure survey with zero deficiencies in January 2026
• Looking to introduce commercial insurance contracts, including Blue Cross, Cigna and Aetna

The Role:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall business, focusing on working on the business rather than in the business
• Develop and execute the company's growth strategy, building on its success within Paediatric Home Health Care
• Lead the expansion into Broward County, including establishing a new office and developing the local operation
• Build, develop and manage a successful leadership team capable of delivering the company's long-term vision
• Take responsibility for the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, financial management and revenue growth
• Oversee operational performance, ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain its strong staffing levels
• Ensure compliance and proactively manage risk within the medically fragile children's sector
• Navigate ongoing Medicaid changes and adapt business strategies accordingly
• Develop opportunities to expand into Paediatric Private Pay, alongside the existing Medicaid business
• Proven executive leadership experience, ideally within Home Health, Home Care or a related healthcare environment
• A track record of successfully growing and developing a healthcare business
• Strong financial management and commercial understanding
• Experience building, leading and developing successful management teams
• Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and implement long-term growth plans
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and operational challenges within healthcare
• Ability to navigate Medicaid and insurance changes
