The President will steward accreditation, faculty development, and a strategic plan that advances the college’s mission and Catholic tradition while engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Administrative leadership experience at an educational institution.
• Experience building and executing strategic plans for a college or school of nursing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across internal and external constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Assumes authority and leadership for all College of Nursing operations.
• Develops and maintains an effective administrative organization.
• Oversees accreditation, diversity, reporting, and faculty development.
• Liaisons with Mount Carmel Health System and partner institutions.
