Qualifications

• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing and able to witness Catholic values.
• Proven educational or executive leadership experience, preferably in Catholic and/or all-girls settings.
• Experience with boards governance and strategic planning, including fundraising and advancement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex organizations with strong management and collaboration.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to travel to engage alumnae and major donors.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and oversee mission alignment across school life and Catholic identity.
• Lead Board governance, plan meetings, and support board committees and directors.
• Drive long-range strategic initiatives and oversee finances, facilities, and operations.
• Oversee academics, enrollment, advancement, and community relations with key stakeholders.
