Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in health insurance/managed care with government programs experience preferred.
• Senior healthcare leader with P&L responsibility in a strategic business unit, region, or company.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, state regulations, risk adjustment, and quality ratings.

Responsibilities

• Provide full P&L and general management for health plan products.
• Define and execute business operating vision and strategic direction.
• Lead product development, pricing, compliance, sales, marketing, and provider-network management.
• Mentor leadership, design efficient organizational structures, and drive operational improvements.
• Report on financial performance, budgets, and multi-year projections.
