Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile Medicare Advantage revenue including capitation and risk adjustment.
• Manage monthly CMS payment validation and discrepancies.
• Create financial trend files and explain budget variances.
• Generate P&L and other financial reports.
• Support month-end close and quarterly/annual reporting.
• Coordinate CMS regulatory reporting (MLR, DIR, P2P) where needed.
