ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas seeks a senior executive to lead the Electromechanical Specialties Group (EMS) in Phoenix, AZ. The President of EMS will drive subgroup strategy, financial performance, portfolio management, and growth through acquisitions, with responsibility for a decentralized network of autonomous units.

Qualifications

• A degreed professional with a proven record of delivering improved results.
• Experience in manufacturing or related sectors preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership and strategic leadership across the EMS Group.
• Own new product development to achieve 25% of top-line sales from new/updated products annually.
• Drive growth organically and via acquisitions.
• Lead lean operations, VA/VE, and material savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with Door Security Solutions to drive promotions, marketing, and market share growth.
• Build relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Oversee product management, pricing, quotes, and timing of price increases.
