ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas seeks an accomplished senior executive to lead the Electromechanical Specialties Group (EMS), located in Phoenix, AZ. The President of EMS will own P&L, set subgroup strategy, drive growth through new product development and acquisitions, and oversee portfolio management across autonomous business units.

Reporting to the SVP and Head of the Commercial Segment, this role requires strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to build talent

• Proven track record of delivering improved results in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for EMS Group and drive annual performance improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership to the businesses within the group.
• Oversee new product development to generate minimum 25% of sales from new/improved products.
• Drive growth through organic initiatives and acquisitions.
• Lead lean operations, VA/VE, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with Door Security Solutions to plan promotions and market strategies.
• Develop relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Oversee pricing, timing of price changes, and quotes.
• Lead portfolio management and talent development across autonomous units.
