Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for EMS Group and drive year-over-year improvement.
• Lead new product development to ensure at least 25% of top-line sales from new or improved products annually.
• Drive growth through organic initiatives and acquisitions; accelerate innovation across units.
• Collaborate with Door Security Solutions sales to craft promotion plans and market share growth.
• Develop relationships with key customers and strategic accounts; own pricing and sales quotes.
• Invest in lean operations, VA/VE, automation, and material savings; optimize portfolio strategy across units.
• Travel up to 30% and lead talent development across the group.
