ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas seeks a seasoned President for the Electromechanical Specialties Group (EMS) based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role oversees P&L, strategic leadership, portfolio management, and growth through product innovation and acquisitions across a decentralized network.

You will drive lean operations, pricing strategy, and collaboration with the Door Security Solutions sales team, reporting to the SVP and Head of the Commercial Segment.

• Own all new product development activities to achieve at least 25% of top-line sales from new or improved products.

• Collaborate with Door Security Solutions sales to implement new promotions and marketing plans.
• Develop relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Own product management in Electromechanical and High Security areas and pricing decisions.
