Job summary

Black Dragon Capital seeks a highly accomplished technology executive to lead Dragons Academy as President. You will drive strategy, growth, and execution for a new leading-edge K-12 school with emphasis on technology and leadership.

You will collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO and senior leaders, bringing a track record in EdTech or e-learning and a strong revenue background. The role requires high energy, urgency, and the ability to manage both big-picture strategy and hands-on delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or technology.
MBA preferred.
Prior senior leadership experience in EdTech or e-learning recommended.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term growth strategies for a leading-edge K-12 school, with a focus on technology and leadership.
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and performance metrics with strong execution focus.
Direct product and market development of educational technology tools.
Engage investors, partners, and customers to drive revenue and brand growth.
Lead high-performing teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
