Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative team and translate priorities into clear plans and accountability.
• Improve workflows, decision-making, talent practices and performance visibility.
• Build growth capabilities and operating infrastructure to scale beyond the founder.
• Partner with families, schools, counselors and other referral sources and evaluate expansion opportunities with quality standards and prudent economics.
