Job summary

SC Executives in Southern California seeks a President of Commercial Service Operations to lead and scale a multi-location service organization. You will build leadership, establish structure and KPIs, and drive revenue growth and profitability across locations.

You will own the Service & Repair P&L, develop leaders, and partner with executive leadership on expansion strategies, acquisitions, and new market entry in California.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership within commercial construction or related services.
• Strong Southern California market knowledge and customer relationships.
• Experience leading multi-location or multi-branch service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service & Repair P&L with accountability for revenue, gross profit, cash flow, and customer retention.
• Lead Branch Managers and other leaders to deliver results and growth.
• Grow revenue through maintenance, strategic accounts, and recurring service.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards across locations.
• Improve technician productivity, dispatch, scheduling, and job costing.
