Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive business leadership experience, including 10–15 years in an executive role.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the annual business plan and P&L objectives.
• Partner with CEO and Executive Team to translate strategy into functional priorities.
• Run the weekly Executive Management meeting and maintain operating rhythm.
• Lead and develop the C-Suite and succession planning across functions.
• Integrate major operating functions and drive accountability across teams.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
