Together, we furnish life's best moments, from the everyday to the exceptional. We are united by our vision as well as our collective spirit, and our culture is shaped by our core values: Dedication – Enthusiasm – Synergy – Integrity – Goal‑Oriented – Nimble, or simply put DESIGN.

As a premier innovator, manufacturer, and retailer of luxury furniture and accessories, our brands are loved by designers and design‑minded consumers for creating timeless outdoor living and transitional, eclectic furniture and accessories for every part of the home. We're always looking for talented people to join our team and grow together.

  • 401(k) plan with match after 12 months.
  • Sick, vacation, holiday, and parental time off.
  • Employee Assistance Program and Chaplain Services to support mental and emotional well‑being.
What You Do
  • Own execution of the annual business plan, faithfully delivering against P&L objectives and company‑wide performance commitments.
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to build the annual and long‑range strategic plan, then translate it into functional priorities and measurable goals across every department.
  • Run the weekly Executive Management meeting and maintain an operating rhythm that drives accountability company‑wide.
  • Lead, manage, and hold the C‑Suite accountable for performance, alignment, and results.
  • Source, interview, and recommend candidates for C‑Suite and key management roles; champion succession planning across all key functions.
  • Integrate every major operating function of the business, eliminating silos and driving shared priorities across teams.
