President/Chief Executive Officer (Massillon, Ohio)

Golden Circle Credit Union is one of the premier Credit Unions in the Stark County Area, located in Massillon, Ohio, with over $100M in assets and serving approximately 7,000 members. Golden Circle Credit Union has fueled its growth since the 1940s.

The Board of Directors has an exceptional opportunity for a visionary President/Chief Executive Officer to lead and maintain financial strength, regulatory compliance, and operational soundness while engaging members and supporting community involvement.

The CEO will create a collaborative environment with the Board of Directors and leadership team, ensuring the Credit Union remains financially positioned to continue its growth momentum. The CEO must have experience instituting policies that reflect organizational goals and deliver results, while sharing ideas and the vision with the Board.

A bachelor's degree plus up to seven years of experience in a progressive leadership role is required. Exceptional leadership and financial and business acumen are necessary to execute strategy for the Credit Union.
