Seattle Credit Union is seeking a visionary and collaborative President and Chief Executive Officer to guide the organization’s strategic direction, culture, and sustainable growth while serving diverse and underserved communities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience within a financial institution.
• Experience with Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) or Low-Income Designated (LID) credit unions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire organizational excellence and lead through change.
