Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience within a financial institution.
• Experience with Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) or Low-Income Designated (LID) credit unions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire organizational excellence and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board to execute strategic priorities and ensure financial strength.
