Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive executive leadership in a credit union, community bank, or financial institution.
• Demonstrated record of strategic leadership and financial stewardship.
• Experience in organizational development and community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and Board partnership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or executive certifications preferred.
