Western Resource Advocates is seeking a dynamic President to lead the organization into its next chapter, reporting to the Board and guiding fundraising and program strategy across the Interior West. The President will serve as the chief external ambassador, directing a team of 80+ staff, managing a $16M annual budget, and collaborating with the Board

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall vision, strategy, management, and leadership to a staff of 80+ and an annual budget of $16M.
• Partner with the Board and Development Team to expand financial support for WRA, taking an active, lead role in fundraising initiatives and activities.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture grounded in transparency, trust, and openness to feedback.
• Establish and enhance strategic and operational partnerships and coalitions with key individuals, organizations, and agencies across government, private, and philanthropic sectors.
