Rachel’s Network in Washington, DC seeks a president to lead strategy, fundraising, and operations for a nonprofit dedicated to advancing women environmental leaders and climate justice. You will guide a small, professional team, steward a multi‑million dollar budget, and build strong partnerships with donors and allied organizations.

Reporting to the board, you will cultivate a culture of care, curiosity, and accountability while expanding the network’s impact and visibility within the movement.
