Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain robust construction processes, quality control, safety programs, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; build a positive company culture that supports growth and continuous improvement.
• Optimize operations and systems establish scalable processes, technology adoption, and KPIs to support rapid growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven President to lead a growing custom home and construction business.
