Job summary

Rose International is seeking a Presentation Graphic Designer to join a busy onsite team in Getzville, NY. The role produces live deal collateral and client materials using MS Office and Adobe CC Suite, ensuring brand consistency across all documents.

Requires 2–5 years of admin/operational support experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment, preferably in financial services. An Associate’s Degree is mandatory, with a Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces live deal collateral using MS Office and Adobe applications at an intermediate level
• Assists with production of creative PPT pitch books and offers visual solutions to enhance client materials
• Traces and produces logos, maps and illustrations
• Ensures materials are branded per Client standards and communicates deadlines with clients
• Performs related admin tasks and timekeeping for department work
• Supports colleagues with quality control and onboarding of new staff
