Strive Pharmacy is a growing, patient-focused compounding pharmacy hiring a Prescriber Outreach Pharmacy Technician. The role centers on contacting provider offices to clarify prescription information, ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing through clear communication and precise data entry.

You will work onsite in Colorado, collaborating with pharmacists and internal teams, upholding HIPAA standards, and supporting prescription processing while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license or certification, as required by state.
• Previous pharmacy or healthcare communication experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and pharmacy software systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to provider offices for prescription clarifications
• Document communication and outcomes in pharmacy software systems
• Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to resolve outstanding prescription issues
• Perform ancillary tasks to support prescription processing
• Uphold HIPAA standards and company policies during all interactions
