Strive Pharmacy is a patient-focused compounding pharmacy based in Mesa, AZ. We are seeking a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician to improve patient communication, ensure accurate payments, and support a high standard of personalized care.

This role is onsite, Monday–Friday, with wages of $20–$25 per hour. The position emphasizes HIPAA compliance, teamwork, and a strong customer-service mindset as part of our Striving With Heart culture.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Current and valid PTCB certification required.
• Clean criminal record with no felonies.
• Experience in customer service or call center in healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficient in basic math and PC skills; able to multitask across phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and outgoing calls to assist patients and providers.
• Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide solutions to orders, payment, shipping, and processing inquiries.
• Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication.
• Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure patient care.
