Qualifications

• Early Childhood Administrative Certificate required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working with children ages 3-5 years old.
• High School Diploma and TECE I or 6 college credits in ECE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and operation of a quality early care program.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Plan activities for a balanced program of instruction and play.
• Maintain accurate student records as required by OCCL and Delaware Stars.
• Work with families to discuss progress and needs.

Education

Early Childhood Administrative Certificate

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience with children ages 3-5 years old

High School Diploma and TECE I or 6 college credits in ECE

Associate degree in a related field
