Job summary

Learning Care Group in Euless, TX is seeking a Team Lead at a child care center to guide classroom instruction, support families, and mentor new teachers. This role emphasizes leadership, curriculum implementation, and ensuring high-quality daily care in a licensed facility.

You will take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, promote child development, and maintain licensing standards while delivering a positive, engaging environment for children and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and assist with training and guiding new hires and fellow Teachers.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure daily care follows licensing guidelines and company standards.
