Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead for our child care center in Texas. This role focuses on guiding classroom instruction, promoting development, and upholding high care standards. You’ll lead daily activities and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred.
• Ability to meet state accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; 50% instruction.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers to create engaging learning experiences.
• Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening and closing the school.
