Learning Care Group is hiring Lead Teachers to inspire preschool learners and support families in our centers across Texas. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and help manage classrooms with strong adherence to licensing standards.

You’ll promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, communicate with families, and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace that values balance and professional development.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines compliance.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support student achievement and center success.
