Qualifications

• Support developmentally appropriate learning experiences and positive child guidance practices.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching staff in implementing curriculum and daily lesson plans for development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical areas.
• Actively supervise and engage children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.
• Assist with behavior management, assessments, and documentation to support individualized learning and school readiness.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to enhance educational outcomes.
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment that supports safety and efficiency.
