A Day in the Life of a Preschool Teaching Assistant

You will be responsible for the holistic development of children, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs. You will provide a safe, clean, and age-appropriate environment, coordinate with the lead teacher on curriculum, adapt routines to individual needs, and respect cultural backgrounds. Maintaining accurate records and complying with state regulations are also part of your role.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete required trainings (provided)
• Background check and medical evaluation
• Physical ability to interact with children and participate in outdoor activities
• Spanish language skills are a plus
