Cadence Education in Montgomery, IL is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will support daily classroom operations, implement Cadence Education programs, and nurture children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

Under the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will maintain routines, assist in curriculum delivery, and build positive relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish professional relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental needs, including following IEPs.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and document incidents.
