Job summary

Cadence Education in Bourne, MA is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence Education programs, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children, including those with IEPs.

The role requires teamwork, reliable English communication, and adherence to safety and licensing policies.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred; not required if state licensing is met.
• Must meet minimum state experience and education requirements.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Assist in managing and documenting child behaviors per Cadence policies.
