Acelero Learning, Inc. is seeking a Preschool Teacher - P-3 Certified for a Head Start classroom in Camden, NJ. You will implement a child-centered curriculum, observe and document progress, and partner with families to support learning across development domains.

The role requires P-3 certification or CEAS, a BA/BS in ECE or related field, and willingness to travel up to 10%. A 10-month position with a salary range of $59,127–$73,575 annually is offered, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• P-3 Teacher Certification (CEAS or Standard).
• BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field with at least six ECE courses.
• Physical exam and background checks required for the position.
• Travel locally or up to 10% for meetings and functions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implements a child-centered curriculum and learning environment for 3–5-year-olds.
• Observes behavior to inform prevention, teaching social and communication skills, and family partnership.
• Documents progress with observations and anecdotal notes, personalizing curriculum.
• Partners with families to support children at home and in programs.
• Provides developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive classroom experiences.
• Delivers daily lesson plans aligned with development and curriculum goals.
• Supports IEPs for children with disabilities and ensures safe classroom routines.
• supervises meals as a curriculum activity and models healthy nutrition.
• Oversight of field trips and outdoor activities; ensures safety.
