The role requires collaboration with the School Director and Lead Teacher, ability to follow licensing rules, and commitment to ongoing professional development and parent communication.

Qualificações

• Follow safety procedures and playground safety policies.
• Collaborate with classroom team to support curriculum delivery.
• Communicate effectively with families and staff in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish professional relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Maintain classroom routines and safety compliance as per policy.
• Document incidents and communicate with leadership as required.
