Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, the Teacher supports daily classroom operations and the implementation of Cadence Education programs.

This role helps create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs, including those with IEPs.

Qualificações

• Follows safety procedures in classroom and meals.
• Works well with a collaborative teaching team.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English proficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist with implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Support Lead Teacher in Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision policies and report incidents.
• Assist in behavior management per Cadence policies.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook and classroom procedures.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and development sessions.
