Job summary

Cadence Education in Florence, KY is hiring a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment and support children’s developmental, social, and behavioral needs, including IEPs, while upholding safety and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Experience in an early childhood or group care setting preferred.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families and establish professional relationships.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher and School Director on Cadence Education programs.
• Document and report accidents and incidents per policy.
