Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team in a licensed childcare setting. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support daily classroom operations, help implement Cadence programs, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and policies in daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavior plans.
• Support in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Assist in managing, documenting, and escalating child behaviors per Cadence policies.
• Adhere to Cadence Education policies and the Employee Handbook.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
