Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher in Virginia to support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs under the guidance of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment addressing children’s needs, including those with IEPs, while maintaining licensing compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and professional development as part of a supportive, growth‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Flexibility with changing schedules and enrollment.
• State licensing qualifications for a Teacher in licensed childcare.
• Background clearances and health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom operations and implementation of Cadence Education programs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and adherence to safety/licensing policies.
• Assist Lead Teacher with curriculum delivery and student supports.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
