Job summary

The Learning Experience #485 is hiring an Experienced Preschool Teacher to foster a warm, engaging learning environment for young children. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum®, support growth-minded learning, and partner with families to track progress.

This full-time role offers state-of-the-art classrooms, ongoing training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for leadership as you help children learn, play, grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
