Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children, where play and growth are encouraged. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and collaborate with families to support each child’s academic and emotional development.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions.
