Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Preschool (Head Start) Teacher in Taunton, MA to guide a preschool classroom, implement curriculum, and maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment.

The role requires an associate degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) and EEC Preschool certification, with 1–2 years' experience working with preschoolers; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Massachusetts EEC Preschool certification (agency offers certification if not obtained independently)
• Knowledge and experience of developmentally appropriate practices with 1-2 years’ minimum experience working with preschool children.
• Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• Assisting with the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities for children
• Communicating with families about their children's development and progress
• Guide and facilitate activities of the children, including curriculum implementation, daily activities, field trips, selecting and arranging equipment and materials in the classroom

Salary Range: $21.14 To $29.06 Hourly

As a Preschool (Head Start) Teacher, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding activities for a preschool classroom, including curriculum implementation, daily classroom activities, and selecting and arranging equipment and materials in the classroom including maintaining a safe, neat, organized learning environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and high functioning.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range between $21.14 - $29.06/hr. dependent on education and experience

Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week; 46 weeks per year

Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
