Triumph is seeking an Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Float - Preschool in Taunton, MA to support teaching staff by guiding activities and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well‑run classroom for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.

You must enroll in a CDA credential program within two years or already hold an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree and be qualified for EEC certification; bilingual capacity is a plus.

Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Float - Preschool

Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement.

As an Early Childhood Classroom Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting classroom teaching staff with facilitating and guiding activities for infant/toddler classrooms or preschool classrooms, including maintaining a safe, neat, organized learning environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and high functioning.

Requirements:

• Must have or commit to enroll in a CDA credential program to be completed in no less than two years from hire, or must be enrolled in a program for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (tuition assistance is available)
• Must be EEC Infant/Toddler or Preschool Teacher certified or have a pending application for teaching certification
• Knowledge and experience in early childhood education & developmentally appropriate practices
• Must be able to work successfully in a team setting while remaining flexible to change with a positive approach

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range between $17.90 - $24.15/hr . dependent on education and experience

13 paid holidays per year; Paid personal, vacation, and sick time

Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week; 46 weeks per year

Must be available to work a shift between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
