Job summary
Primrose School of Evergreen in San Jose, CA is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to provide a fun, safe environment for 3- and 4-year-olds. You will follow the provided schedule and curriculum to meet each child at their level and guide them through small group instruction within a nurturing classroom setting.
Candidates should have 12 core ECE units, a patient, nurturing demeanor, and the ability to use an iPad for daily logs and parent communications.
Qualifications
- 12 core Early Childhood Education units with grade C or better.
- Patience and a strong desire to love and nurture young children.
- Work experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
- Must be able to work on an iPad to enter daily logs and communicate with parents.
Responsibilities
- Engage, interact, and supervise children in positive ways to support their growth and learning.
- Provide a safe, attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity and exploration.
- Plan with the Education Coach and implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule.
