Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher in Glen Allen, VA. You will support daily classroom operations, implement Cadence Education programs, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for children, including those with IEPs.

Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will maintain routines, support curriculum delivery, and communicate professionally with families using Cadence-approved tools. The role offers full-time hours and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher.
• Experience in early childhood or group care settings is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and policies.
