Discovery Kidzone in Bozeman, MT is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to create welcoming, developmentally appropriate classrooms where children feel confident and excited to learn.

You'll plan engaging lesson plans, support social and language development, mentor Assistant Teachers, and partner with families and leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Experience as Preschool Teacher or Lead Teacher in a licensed program.
• Solid understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Experience planning and implementing preschool curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to complete Montana licensing, training, and background checks.

• Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Maintain an organized classroom that meets health, safety, and Montana licensing requirements.
• Partner with center leadership to provide high-quality early childhood education.

• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or early learning program

• Experience planning and implementing preschool curriculum

• Positive and collaborative leadership style
• Passion for working with preschool-aged children
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
