Qualifications

• No previous childcare experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Willing to complete Montana licensing training.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers.
• Build positive relationships with children.
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and play.
• Observe and document children's daily activities.
• Communicate with families about routines and milestones.
• Maintain a clean, safe learning environment.
