A childcare center in Wilmington is looking for an experienced Lead Teacher to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children. Responsibilities include managing the classroom, fostering socialization skills, and maintaining open communication with parents. Qualifications

• Completion of TECE I & II, and/or CDA is required.
• Preferably an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
• Courses in Curriculum Planning and Classroom Management are recommended.
