A childcare center in Wilmington is looking for an experienced Lead Teacher to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children. Responsibilities include managing the classroom, fostering socialization skills, and maintaining open communication with parents. Qualified candidates should have relevant certifications and experience in Early Childhood Education. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of TECE I & II, and/or CDA is required.
• Preferably an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
• Courses in Curriculum Planning and Classroom Management are recommended.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
• Courses in Curriculum Planning and Classroom Management.

Required Education
