Qualifications

• Must have TECE I & II or CDA certification.
• Must have Delaware First certification as a Teacher or higher.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field.
• 2+ years of Early Childhood Education classroom experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent with relevant coursework.
• Coursework in Curriculum Planning and Classroom Management.
• Lead Teacher duties include daily care and curriculum implementation.
